SHIPPING METHODS

We are pleased to offer a special handling services through Pos Malaysia, ensuring a smooth and secure delivery experience. Our trusted courier, Pos Malaysia is commited to delivering your items safely and effiently to our valued customers. 

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer a flat rate shipping fee to ensure the transparent pricing for all our customer.

  • West Malaysia: RM20.00
  • East Malaysia: RM25.00

ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIMELINE

Once the order has been placed, we will take approximately two (3) working days to process before handing over the item to our trusted courier partner to be delivered.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Klang Valley up to three (3) working days
  • West Malaysia (outside Klang Valley) up to five (5) working days
  • East Malaysia up to eight (8) working days

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

ISSUES

  • in the event that the order is not able to be processed within the time period specified herein, we willcontact you via the contact information provided to notify the delay.
  • our trusted courier partner will ensure the safety of all deliveries. In the event of a loss during transit,we will engage with the respective courier partner to investigate and confirm before proceeding witha refund.
  • please ensure you receive the item in person upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you must makearrangements to ensure the item is received. Neither we nor our courier partner will be responsiblefor any loss of unattended item with proof of delivery.
  • if the delivery of the item failed or delayed due to customer-related issues, such as an incorrectdelivery address, the delivery package will be returned to us. For re-delivery requests, additionaldelivery charges will apply accordingly.
