Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. This Warranty is subject to, and shall be applicable only if, the following conditions are met:

  • Warranty is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) and does not coverdamage caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate use,negligence, and/or alteration by other jeweller.

  • Official receipt and warranty card (printed or digital) must be presented.

  • Any fallen stone must be returned along with the piece of jewellery for resetting.

  • To make a warranty claim, kindly contact our Customer Service Hotline at [email protected]. The process for repair or replacement may take up to fourteen (14) working days, depending on the nature of the issue.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

All warranted defects will be repaired (if feasible) or replaced with the same product or a substitution of equal value, depending on availability and the nature of the defect. Charges may apply for repairs not covered by warranty.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Detailed care instructions are provided with each product, including cleaning and storage recommendations.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to amend this Warranty Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
